Course Format

The main part of the course is taught in a live classroom format by experiennced professionals.

  • An explanation of an organisation's policies and procedures, including the code of practice, employee handbooks etc.
  • Preparation of business documents, formal letters, emails, faxes etc
  • Communications skills
  • Organisational charts

  • Understanding targets and budgets
  • Team working effectively
  • An overview of equal opportunities and diversity
  • Delegation and supervision
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Management styles explained

This is the first part of the course and it is taught via a mixture of interactive tuition and practical exercises.

2. Microsoft Office Training

  • You can choose three Microsoft Office Training Products upto Proficient Level: ( Choose between Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Each element will be assessed and certfied on successful completion.

Dates and Duration

The Admin course is tutor led, and it last three full days, which will finish with an assessment. The IT training can be completed over three months on a flexi time basis. Please check our schedule for the next available dates for this course.
